Within the WIPConnector directory site hosted by introNetworks, a variety of information is collected to provide your profile, which is only accessible to those who log into the WipConnector. The information is owned by WIP. Your email address, telephone number, password and number of employees remains private at all times. You may opt out of providing any additional information by leaving those fields blank; however, we believe we have chosen publically viewable fields that give your company the best chance of gaining a positive profile.

When we need information to communicate with you, we will ask for information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information will be requested when you request information, sign up for membership or sign on for our newsletter. We also will from time to time receive requests from developer programs, investors and others looking for particular technologies and companies. We will provide them with the publically available information, but will only provide them with the private information upon your approval.

We will also send out newsletters from time to time featuring companies and technologies, but will only provide your information upon your approval.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf. In this situation, we will only provide such companies with the information they need to provide the service. They will be prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
